Seibu Railway is running the “Seibu Kawagoe Pass! Seibu Kawagoe Pass! Special Kawagoe Trip Campaign” is being conducted until December 28.
This campaign commemorates the 100th anniversary of Kawagoe City’s establishment as the first city in Saitama Prefecture in 1922. In addition to the existing hard tickets, electronic tickets are now available through “Klook,” an online reservation system for travel and leisure activities, in order to encourage more people to ride the Seibu Line and enjoy “Koedo Kawagoe” to the fullest.
The price is 700 yen, and the ticket is valid until December 28, 2012. The ticket is valid for one round trip from either Seibu Shinjuku, Takadanobaba, or Ikebukuro station to Honkawagoe station on the day of use. Hard tickets will be sold only to those who follow the official Twitter (@seibu_event) and retweet the campaign information. Details can be found on the official web page.
