Ibaraki K1 Ride 2022 This fun ride event challenges participants to complete a lap around Kasumigaura, the second largest lake in Japan. Participants will ride through the Kasumigaura area on Tsukuba Kasumigaura Rinrin Road (1-5-1 Kawaguchi, Tsuchiura City, Ibaraki Prefecture), a nationally designated national cycle route, and enjoy local specialty foods at aid stations along the way. 55Km course (outward trip is cycling from Tsuchiura to Ushiori, return trip is back to Tsuchiura after boarding a cycruise)
36Km course (beginner course from Tsuchiura to Ayumizaki Park and back)

BIKE & CAMP KANTOU22 The inaugural event in October 2020 attracted 3,500 visitors over two days. In addition to test-riding the latest bicycles, there will also be a “travel festival” area with booths featuring miscellaneous goods, food, and clothing from around the world. Dates: November 19 and 20, 2022
