ANA Group was awarded in three categories at the World Airline Awards by SKYTRAX, a UK-based airline rating company: “World’s Best Airline Cabin Cleanliness,” which is given to the airline with the world’s cleanest and most hygienic cabin; “World’s Best Airport Services,” which evaluates overall airport services; and “Best Airline Staff Service in Asia,” which is given to an airline based in Asia for the quality of service provided by airport staff and cabin crew. In the “Airline of the Year” category, ANA was ranked 4th in the world. The “World Airline Awards” are based on the results of online surveys conducted by passengers around the world, and the “World’s Best Airline Cabin Cleanliness” was awarded for the fourth time, the “World World’s Best Airport Services” for the ninth time, and “Best Airline Staff Service in Asia” for the seventh time.
