Fossil Japan released the FOSSIL GEN 6 WELLNESS EDITION smartwatch.
In addition to adopting wellness-focused design and functions, the new models are equipped with the latest version of Google’s Wear OS (Wear OS 3). The lineup includes a total of three models, priced at 38,500 yen.
A dedicated wellness app tracks key metrics while optimizing battery life. In addition to blood oxygenation estimates, information on cardiorespiratory fitness can be obtained through VO2 Max estimates. It can also automatically detect workouts and check heart rate. Heart rate is tracked continuously, so heart rate can be compared during workout, breathing exercise, and rest.
It also allows the user to check sleep quality and history, monitor restful sleep, and set sleep goals.
Available in three designs: black IP, silver-tone stainless steel, and rose gold-tone stainless steel, the 20mm silicone strap is durable and can be worn for activities and interchangeable with colorful silicone straps. Three watch faces are available and can be customized to match the activity.
