The Marianas Visitors Authority will offer a “Saipan Thank You Sale” with a flat 39,000 yen discount on all Saipan tour prices. The sale applies to select tours departing from Narita Airport by December 15 on United Airlines direct flights to Saipan (UA825/UA824). The discount is available for a four-day tour starting at 54,800 yen.
Ten companies are participating in the sale: HIS, Hankyu Express, 2021 Travel (NEWT), Trip.com, JTB, Travel Standard Japan, ST World, T-LIFE Holdings (Tabix), Airtri, and Rakuten Travel.
The “Marianacation Super Deal Campaign” is also underway, offering free airport shuttle, diving, and golf, as well as a $50 coupon.
If the required number of vaccinations have been completed, a negative certificate is not required to enter the Northern Mariana Islands, an autonomous territory of the United States, or to return to Japan. A PCR test within 72 hours prior to boarding is also not required upon return to Japan.
