Tokyu Corporation and Tokyu Recreation have revealed details about the tenants on the first through fifth floors of Tokyu Kabukicho Tower (1-29-1 Kabukicho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo), which is being developed for an April 14, 2023 opening.
Tokyu Kabukicho Tower is an approximately 225-meter high-rise complex consisting of 48 floors above ground, 5 floors below ground, and 1 floor in the tower (related article: “Tokyu Kabukicho Tower to open in April 2023. The 1st through 5th floors, for which details have been announced, will be the “Entertainment & Restaurants” floors, with six tenants (seven in total) on the 1st floor and one tenant each on the 2nd through 5th floors (four facilities in total).
In addition, it has been decided that world-renowned musician Ryuichi Sakamoto will supervise the acoustics of all theaters in the “109 Cinemas Premium Shinjuku” movie theater on the 9th and 10th floors.
