Tokyu Hotels will renew its “Comfort Members” membership service, available at its hotels nationwide, on July 1.
The Comfort Members program allows members to earn and redeem points for lodging, restaurants, and other services, as well as discounts on lodging rates and members-only plans. This time, the membership status has been renewed. In addition to the current “Standard,” “Gold,” and “Platinum” tiers, “Diamond” and “Black” tiers will be added, and status will change annually based on the number of points accumulated and the number of points earned in a year. The point redemption rates and privileges will vary by status, with “Diamond” and “Black” members receiving preferential treatment at restaurants and additional extended-stay services.
In addition, the Comfort Point redemption rate will be increased from the current 5% to a maximum of 9%. Accumulated points will be converted to one point worth one yen, which can be used to pay for accommodations and restaurants, or exchanged for Tokyu Hotels gift cards and TOKYU POINT.
