Daiwa House Realty Management has launched a new membership program, ROYNET CLUB MEMBERS, available at a total of 76 Daiwa Roynet Hotels, Daiwa Roynet Hotel PREMIER, and DEL style by Daiwa Roynet Hotel nationwide (excluding overseas hotels). The new membership program, “ROYNET CLUB MEMBERS,” will be launched on December 1. The official application (Android/iOS version) will be launched at 12:00 pm on November 1 to accept pre-registration.
The new membership program will offer three membership ranks (SILVER, GOLD, and DIAMOND) based on the number of nights spent during the year. The point award rate will change according to membership rank, and members will receive various privileges such as one-hour free late check-out and rank-up points.
For reservations made through the application, the official hotel reservation site, or by phone, members of SILVER rank earn 5 points and members of GOLD/DIAMOND rank earn 10 points per 100 yen of room charge including tax. For reservations made through travel agencies and reservation sites, 200 points will be earned per room per night, regardless of membership rank. Accumulated points can be used from 10 points for 1 yen per point at the time of reservation or check-in at the official reservation site of the application or hotel.
In addition, the app’s 2D barcode can be held over an automatic check-in machine for easy self check-in. The app also allows users to search for hotels and make reservations at special member rates.
The current membership program will end on November 30. Points from the old membership card can be transferred to the new membership program by completing the point transfer procedure to the application after enrolling in the new program.
Points can be transferred from December 1 to November 30, 2026; if you complete the point transfer procedure between December 1 and March 31, 2026, your membership rank will be upgraded to GOLD as a benefit.
