L.T.R. Inc. is opening “‘Donald Duck: Three Knights’ OH MY CAFE” in Shinjuku, Tokyo, to commemorate the 90th anniversary of Donald Duck’s screen debut. The period is from May 11 to June 30. Based on the theme of the Disney movie “Donald Duck: The Three Knights,” the menu is filled with the unique world view of “The Three Caballeros,” in which Donald Duck, Jose Carioca, and Panchito are active as three characters. Based on an omnibus consisting of four short films in which Donald Duck and his friends travel through South America, the film is a composite of animation and live action.
A scene from a movie comes to life! Enjoy the gorgeous menu! Six food menus are available. The “Donald Duck Happy Tuna Sandwich,” “Jose Romance Soy Meat Sandwich,” and “Pan Chito Caramba Salmon Sandwich” (2,090 yen each) are each based on the image of a character wearing a sombrero! Salmon Sandwich” (2,090 yen each), each of which features the image of a character wearing a sombrero. The “Donald Duck Caballero Curry” (2,090 yen) features a smiling Donald enjoying a trip to Latin America. The “Three Knights” (2,090 yen), with its full Mexican flavor, features the image of three knights in a sombrero. Rivals? Mexican Taco” (1,890 yen) is also available. This healthy dish made with soy meat also comes with tomato soup. The “Donald Duck Birthday Parfait” (1,890 yen), reminiscent of the beginning of the movie where Donald Duck’s birthday present arrives from Jose and Panchito, also has a great sombrero-style visual.
