Yamanashi Prefecture has introduced a toll reservation system for the Mt. Fuji Yoshida Route and will begin accepting reservations from 10:00 a.m. on May 20. This system is being introduced to avoid confusion and trouble and to improve convenience due to the mountain climbing restrictions and toll collection that will begin on July 1.

Reservations are accepted until 23:59 on the day before the climb, and a maximum of 100 people can make a reservation with a single transaction by a representative. Payment for the optional Mt. Fuji Conservation Cooperation Fee (1,000 yen) can also be made at the same time. By making reservations in advance, climbers can start climbing smoothly without worrying about the number of people in the group and without having to make payment at the counter at the fifth station. If you do not make a reservation, you can still climb the mountain on the day of registration as long as there is room in the limited number of participants.

Fuji Yoshida Route from the official website, make a reservation, and pay the 2000 yen toll. On the day of climbing, you can pass through the route by holding up the QR code attached to the completion e-mail to the terminal at the reception desk at the fifth station and wearing the wristband that will be distributed.
