Hotel Universal Port (1-1-111 Sakurajima, Konohana-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture), the official hotel of Universal Studios Japan, has begun accepting reservations for its new concept room, Doki-Doki Adventure Room, to be offered from July 13.
The theme of the rooms is “A family discovers a mysterious island during a boat trip! Invited by the islanders they met during their adventure, they will spend their trip in a nice cabin”. A total of 10 “Parkside View” rooms will be available, with a capacity of 2-5 persons (40m2) and a view of the park. Room rates start at 10,000 yen per person for a single room for 4 people (breakfast included, accommodation tax not included).
The interior, based on the image of a mysterious island hut in green colors, is said to have bunk beds and spacious sofas, as well as wallpaper depicting animals playing freely on the island, and various other hidden devices expressing the concept.
