Thai Airways International will resume late-night flights from Centrair (Chubu) with four flights per week starting from the winter schedule (October 28).
The outbound flight (TG647) will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays, and the return flight (TG646) on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, using an Airbus A330-300 aircraft. The outbound flight (TG647) will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays, and the inbound flight (TG646) will operate on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
The reopening of the service after a four-and-a-half-year absence is in response to increasing travel demand in the Chubu region. In addition to making efficient use of late-night travel, the new service will also facilitate connections in Bangkok from major cities in India, Pakistan, and other countries. It is also expected to meet demand as a return flight for Thai tourists visiting the Chubu region.
