Yokohama World Porters, 35 stores renewed. Tuncaron/American cookie specialty store, Rene Naito collaboration cafe, etc.

Yokohama World Porters (2-2-1 Shinko, Naka-ku, Yokohama) will reopen on July 11.

The facility, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary, underwent the first phase of renovations in April at 39 stores under the concept of “Yokohama World Porters Becoming a Super Entertainment Mall.

In this second phase, 28 new stores will be introduced, including 12 stores opening in Kanagawa Prefecture for the first time, and 35 stores will be renovated including relocation and remodeling. The main target areas are the 1st floor restaurant zone Entertainment Gourmet World and the 4th floor entertainment zone Active World.

The World Food Hall on the first floor, which includes a one-hand gourmet zone, features 17 stores, including Hitonigiri, a rice ball specialty store that makes rice balls to order, Giraffa, a curry bread specialty store, and Strawberry Fetch, a strawberry candy specialty store.

The adjacent Entertainment Sweets Zone will feature seven stores, including Chunk & MOG, an American cookie specialty store operated by sweets media company ufu, mindeulle, which sells Tuncarrons, and Kit Kat Chocolatry, where you can enjoy seasonal sweets and customize them to your own taste. The event will also offer a variety of seasonal sweets, including “Chunk & MOG.

Other stores include the Rene Naito x Petitrier collaboration café “Rene de Petitrier,” the select store “Canure Mania,” and “Tuna Wholesaler Emi” (formerly Tuna Wholesaler Miura Misaki Port).

On the second floor, an information counter certified as a JNTO Foreign Tourist Information Center (Category 2) has been installed as an inbound service.

On the 4th floor, “VS PARK,” an indoor amusement facility offering a total of 26 different activities, will be introduced, and the 5th floor “AEON CINEMA Minatomirai” and “Namco” will be renovated.
