Rakuten Travel, Inc. announced the “Ranking of Inns with the Highest Guest Room Review Ratings,” covering accommodation facilities nationwide. The period covered is from May 2023 to April 2024.
As a result, the first place went to The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama (1-1-3 Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture), a sister hotel of the luxury The Kahala Hotel & Resort in Hawaii.
The interior design is based on the concept of “crystal modern,” offering an extraordinary atmosphere, and features bedrooms and bathrooms with views of Yokohama’s Minato Mirai, as well as a wide range of amenities.
Details of the top 10 rankings are listed on the Rakuten Travel web page. In case of a tie, the inn with the highest number of word-of-mouth reviews is ranked higher.
