Thermos will release its first 10 knives, five each from the Thermos Fine Edge and Thermos Gran Edge lineup, on August 21.
The blade is made of high quality Japanese stainless steel blade material to achieve a sharp cutting edge.
The higher-end Thermos Grand Edge model is made of a high-hardness material and finished with a combination of multiple manufacturing processes to further maintain its sharpness.
In addition, the all-stainless steel, one-piece construction with no joint between the handle and blade makes it easy to wash dirt and rust-resistant. All of the knives weigh 100g, but the center of gravity is designed in the middle to make it difficult to feel the weight of the knife itself.
