Tokyo Dome Hotel (1-3-61 Koraku, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo) will hold the first “Hokkaido Fair 2024” supported by the Hokkaido Government from October 1 to November 24. The venue is the super dining restaurant “Rilassa” on the 3rd floor.

The buffet uses ingredients from Hokkaido, which the chef searched for over 1,100 kilometers. The menu offers over 50 different kinds of food, including red snow crab from Esashi Port, rice from Rangetsu Town, melon from Kuriyama Town in Yubari County, wine from Tokachi, dairy products, eggs, and more.

For dinner or lunch, each person can choose either “red snow crab” or “fried scallop” as a “choice dish” to savor the ingredients as they are.

Recommended menu items include “Rilassa Kaisen Original Parfait (dinner only)” with a choice of ingredients, “Crab Fried Rice” with plenty of crab, “Beef Stew” with Tokachi red wine, “Chanchan-yaki Style Tokachi Mash with Miso Cream Sauce” with Hokkaido Autumn Jacket, “Hokkaido Scallop and White Corn Risotto” with salmon-betsu soy sauce and white corn, “Hokkaido Scallops and White Corn Risotto,” the chef’s special “Lamb Mapo Tofu,” and “Country Home Scenery Yogurt with Lemon Confiture,” yogurt from a farm in Tokachi.

The lineup also includes carbonara-style dishes and lamb jingisukan. A soft drink bar is included with both lunch and dinner.
