Tokyo Dome Hotel is running the second “Hokkaido Fair 2024,” an all-you-can-eat buffet featuring more than 50 Hokkaido gourmet dishes, until January 14, 2025.
For the second edition, the chef uses carefully selected seasonal ingredients found during his travels in the region, including Hokkaido red snow crab, scallops, autumn salmon, rice, vegetables, and dairy products.
The menu includes a seafood parfait with more than 10 different kinds of ingredients, crab fried rice with yellow egg “tama-tsuyu”, shark fin ramen with Tokachi brand mushrooms, and autumn salmon chanchan-yaki style, among other inventive Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes.
