On October 13, JR West Trading will release new goods for Doctor Yellow (T5 train owned by JR West), which has been announced to be retired by 2027.
The lineup includes a stapler (1,540 yen), A4 clear file (385 yen), double acrylic key chain (550 yen), scarf towel (1,980 yen), and A5 ring notebook (550 yen).
Doctor Yellow is a Shinkansen electric track testing vehicle that is said to “make you happy when you see it.” It is a doctor for the Tokaido and Sanyo Shinkansen lines, measuring their tracks, overhead wires, signal currents, and other conditions. To express our gratitude for his past activities, we have designed the words “Arigatou Doctor Yellow” on each item.
