JR West, Urban Renaissance Agency West Japan Branch, and JR West Real Estate Development announced that the construction plan for the new JR Sannomiya Station building from December to spring 2025 has been finalized.
The new passageway (Sannomiya Station underground line) in “Sanchika 1st Avenue,” which Kobe City has been redeveloping, will be put into service at 5:30 a.m. on December 1, following the completion of the pedestrian passageway. To commemorate the completion of the improvement, a musical performance by the jazz band “Nagai Kaisho Quartet” will be held from 10:00 a.m. on December 1.
