Tsuchiya Bag Mfg. will release its fourth collaboration with “Mina Perhonen” for the “Atelier” series of school bags for the 2026 school year, and will accept orders from February 12, 2025 at its nationwide school bag specialty store “Dogu-ten”, online store, and on-site stores. A total of seven types will be available, priced at 87,000 yen each.

The interior of the school bag is designed with artwork by Mina Perhonen, and the front pocket is embroidered for the first time on a Tsuchiya bag. In addition, the lineup includes two patterns and five colors of popular patterns from the past that have been reprinted.

The shoulder strap, which is often used to attach a security buzzer, has a new D-can on each side, making it easy to use regardless of the user’s dominant hand in case of an emergency. Other features include a front pocket with a widened gusset for easy storage and durable, lightweight man-made leather. The bag weighs approximately 1,220g and measures 26 x 19.1 x 32.3cm (W x D x H).
