Fuji Shiba Cherry Blossom Festival opens on April 12. English-style garden “Peter Rabbit English Garden” also opens for business.

Fujikyu Corporation will hold the Fuji Shiba Cherry Blossom Festival at Fuji Motosuko Resort (212 Motosu, Fujikawaguchiko-machi, Minamitsuru-gun, Yamanashi Prefecture) from April 12 to May 25. In addition, the English-style garden “Peter Rabbit English Garden” will be open for business.

Hours of operation and admission fees vary depending on the time of year. Hours are from 8:00 to 16:00, and admission fees are 1000-1300 yen for adults (junior high school students and older) and 500-700 yen for children (3 years old and older).

During the Fuji Shiba Cherry Blossom Festival, a “Location Photo Wedding Plan” will be on sale, allowing the couple to occupy the pink world together. Prices start at 270,000 yen and up, including costumes, accessories, hair and makeup, photography, and transportation. Hotel accommodations and meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) can be added as an option (not available from April 19 to May 9).

In addition, the “Peter Rabbit English Garden” will be open during the spring season from April 12 to November 24 (closed May 26 to 30). This English-style garden, which recreates the world of “Peter Rabbit’s Story” set in England’s Lake District, is supervised by English garden designer Mark Chapman, and visitors can enjoy strolling through the garden while admiring approximately 300 varieties of plants, trees, and flowers.

Fuji and Peter Rabbit together in a photo spot, and a “Story Trail,” a picture book pathway featuring scenes from picture books. In addition, there is a café where visitors can enjoy original menus featuring items from the picture book, a gallery where visitors can experience the world of the picture book, and a store featuring original goods that can only be purchased here.

Other events include the Rainbow Flower Festival, where visitors can enjoy 15 varieties of flowers, including zinnias and rudbeckia, and the beautiful green summer scenery of Mt. The period is from August 30 to October 13.
