JR East Cross Station Retail Company will open a Suica penguin goods store “Pensta” and a general merchandise store “PlameCollome” at “CIAL Sakuragicho” (Sakuragicho 1, Naka-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) directly connected to JR Sakuragicho Station on April 18. The shop will open on April 18.
Pensta is the fourth store following Ecute Ueno, Lumine Est Shinjuku, and Ecute Omiya North. It is “the largest of all Pensta stores,” and will welcome visitors with Suica penguins inspired by Sakuragicho, as well as those unique to Yokohama.
The store will also carry limited-edition merchandise available only at the store, such as tote bags with sailor patterns and dim sum designs. The limited-edition products and novelty promotions will be held on May 3 in addition to the store opening on April 18.
Sakuragicho is the 28th location of Premie Colomie. Pouches, handkerchiefs, and drawstrings depicting Minato Mirai’s scenery and birds will be sold.
