Posted on 2024-04-302024-05-01 by Editor in Chief

Marriott International Japan will offer Dog Friendly Rooms at seven Fairfield by Marriott hotels.

The “Dog Friendly Room” is a dog-friendly room with a pet bed from Ambient Lounge Japan, pet sheets, water, and other canine amenities, and can accommodate one medium-sized dog weighing 15 kg or less. A written agreement to stay in the room, a copy of the rabies vaccination certificate, and a copy of the mixed vaccination certificate must be submitted in advance.

The first sales will begin on May 1 at Fairfield by Marriott Okayama Hiruzenkogen (1385-9, Kamitokuyama, Hiruzenkogen, Maniwa City, Okayama Prefecture) and Hiroshima Sera (2394-8, Oyanagi, Kawajiri, Sera-cho, Sera-gun, Hiroshima Prefecture). The first 50 people to arrive at both facilities will receive a free gift: at Okayama Hiruzen Kogen, they will receive an admission ticket to the Hiruzen Herb Garden, and at Hiroshima Sera, they will receive a free piece of boar or venison jerky.

The number of facilities to be introduced is planned to be expanded gradually to a total of seven facilities thereafter. The facilities planned for introduction are as follows (start date of sales in parentheses).
